    In a small saucepan, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, and powdered sugar. Cook over medium-low heat, mashing gently with a fork, until the berries break down and form a thick sauce, about 5-7 minutes.

    Heat a lightly buttered griddle or large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
