Cloud Guy's Fluffy Fruit Clouds
These ethereal fruit clouds are a light and airy delight, perfect for a refreshing snack or a whimsical dessert. Layers of creamy yogurt, vibrant fruit, and crunchy granola create a delightful interplay of textures and flavors. It's a simple, no-bake treat that's as beautiful to behold as it is delicious to eat.

Directions
- 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lime juice until smooth and well combined.
- 2
If using frozen berries, allow them to thaw slightly or gently warm them in a microwave for 30 seconds to release some juices.
- 3
In individual serving glasses or small bowls (about 8-10 ounce capacity), begin by placing a layer of the sweetened yogurt at the bottom.
- 4
Follow with a layer of mixed berries, distributing them evenly.
- 5
Next, sprinkle a generous tablespoon or two of granola over the berries.
- 6
If desired, add a sprinkle of shredded coconut at this stage.
- 7
Repeat the layering process: another dollop of yogurt, followed by more berries and granola.
- 8
Continue layering until your glasses are full, ending with a final layer of yogurt on top.
- 9
Garnish each "fruit cloud" with a few extra berries, a scattering of granola, and a fresh mint leaf if using.
- 10
For best results, chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set slightly.
- 11
Serve cold as a refreshing snack or light dessert. These can be prepared up to 2 hours in advance and kept refrigerated.
