Stimpy's 'Log' Snack Rolls
Everyone remembers Stimpy's beloved 'Log,' so why not create a delicious, savory snack inspired by it? These rolls are robust, satisfying, and perfect for when you're feeling a little kooky. They're not just good, they're better than good – they're 'Log'!

Directions
- 1
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef/turkey over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- 2
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until softened.
- 3
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to meld flavors. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 4
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 5
Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. Spread the cooled meat mixture evenly over one half of the pastry.
- 6
Fold the other half of the pastry over the meat mixture, pressing down gently to seal the edges. You should have a long rectangle.
- 7
Cut the rectangle into 8-10 equal 'log' segments. Transfer the segments to the prepared baking sheet.
- 8
Brush the tops of the 'logs' with the beaten egg wash and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 9
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
- 10
Eat them, eat them, they're so good!
