Mr. Piranha's Spicy Volcano Tacos
These tacos pack a punch, just like their namesake! Flavorful, subtly spicy ground meat is nestled in warm tortillas, topped with a cool, creamy sauce and fresh ingredients. A fiesta in every bite!

Directions
- 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground meat and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- 2
Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- 3
Stir in chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until spices are fragrant.
- 4
Pour in the broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated and the mixture is well-coated, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5
While the meat simmers, prepare the creamy sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and fresh lime juice until smooth. Stir in cilantro.
- 6
Warm the tortillas according to package directions. You can heat them in a dry skillet, microwave, or wrap them in foil and warm in the oven.
- 7
To assemble the tacos: Spoon the spicy meat mixture into the warm tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, thinly sliced radishes, and a drizzle of the creamy lime-cilantro sauce.
- 8
Serve immediately and let everyone customize their 'volcano' to their preferred level of eruption!
