Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the blackberry jam, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, thyme, and red pepper flakes (if using).

    Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side, until nicely browned.

    Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet. Pour about half of the glaze evenly over the chicken.
