Gonta's Guardian Green Tea Infusion
A robust, earthy green tea blend, reminiscent of the deep forest and its ancient protectors. This invigorating beverage is perfect for contemplation or a moment of calm amidst the day's skirmishes.

Directions
- 1
Bring 4 cups of filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- 2
Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for 1-2 minutes. The ideal temperature for green tea is around 175-185°F (80-85°C) to prevent bitterness.
- 3
Add the loose leaf green tea and sliced ginger to the hot water. If using, add mint sprigs now.
- 4
Steep for 3-5 minutes. For a stronger brew, steep longer, but be mindful of potential bitterness with green tea.
- 5
Carefully pour the tea through a fine-mesh strainer into a heatproof jug or directly into serving cups, ensuring all solids are removed.
- 6
If desired, stir in honey or agave nectar to taste while the tea is still warm.
- 7
Serve hot and enjoy the refreshing, grounding flavors of the forest.
