Bowler Hat Guy's "Goob"'er Nut Butter and Jelly Bites
These delightful, bite-sized treats are a playful nod to a certain character's favorite (and possibly only) meal. Sweet, savory, and perfectly portable, they're ideal for a quick pick-me-up or a nostalgic snack. The combination of creamy spread, fruit preserve, and a crunchy coating makes for a satisfying textural experience.

Directions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- 2
Lay out the bread slices. Spread an even layer of peanut butter on six of the slices, extending almost to the edges.
- 3
Spread an even layer of strawberry preserves on the remaining six bread slices.
- 4
Pair a peanut butter slice with a preserve slice, pressing them gently together to form six sandwiches.
- 5
Using a sharp knife, cut each sandwich into four equal squares, creating 24 small bites.
- 6
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Brush the tops and sides of each bite with this mixture.
- 7
Dip the buttered sides of each bite into the crushed potato chips, ensuring a good coating.
- 8
Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small space between each.
- 9
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the coating is crisp.
- 10
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving. These are best enjoyed warm.
