Hyrule Herb-Crusted Salmon with Wild Berry Glaze
Venture into the culinary depths of Hyrule with this majestic salmon dish. A herb crust, reminiscent of the diverse flora found in the kingdom, envelops tender salmon, while a sweet and tart wild berry glaze, inspired by the forest's bountiful offerings, adds a touch of royal elegance. This dish is fit for any Hylian hero.

Directions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
In a small bowl, combine chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix until crumbs are moistened.
- 3
Pat salmon fillets dry. Lightly brush remaining olive oil over the top of each fillet, then press the herb-crumb mixture onto the top of each fillet, coating evenly.
- 4
Place salmon fillets, herb-crust side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 6
While salmon bakes, prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan, combine wild berries, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar.
- 7
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries soften and sauce thickens slightly. Mash berries gently with a fork.
- 8
Remove salmon from oven. Drizzle or brush the wild berry glaze generously over each cooked salmon fillet.
- 9
Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite Hylian side dishes.
