Directions

    Cook noodles according to package directions, al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

    Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the wok. Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and carrot, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Add minced garlic to the vegetables and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.

    In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and grated ginger.

    Pour the sauce mixture into the wok. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the cornstarch slurry.
