    Combine blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat.

    Pour the berry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing gently on the solids to extract all liquid. Discard the solids. You should have about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of berry syrup.
