Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add red bell pepper and red onion; sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet. Sprinkle with turmeric, black salt (if using), nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes until the tofu is heated through and slightly browned in spots.

While the tofu cooks, prepare the chorizo dust: In a separate small, dry skillet, add the finely diced chorizo. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes until very crispy and rendered of its fat. Remove chorizo with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel. Once cooled, it should be brittle enough to crumble into a fine 'dust'.
