In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, lime juice, honey, and soy sauce to create the marinade.

Add the cod cubes to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 1 hour.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C). If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes prior to use to prevent burning.
