
Dragon Rider's Berry Oatcakes

In a large bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Gently fold in the mixed berries. If using frozen berries, do not thaw them first.
