Adventuresome Apple & Cinnamon Monkey Bread
A delightful pull-apart bread, rich with the flavors of warm cinnamon and sweet apples. This shareable treat is perfect for a special breakfast or dessert, evoking the playful spirit of a curious little friend.

Directions
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan thoroughly with baking spray or butter.
- 2
Open the biscuit dough cans and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- 3
In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Toss the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well coated.
- 4
Arrange half of the cinnamon-sugar coated biscuit pieces evenly in the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan.
- 5
In a small saucepan, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the brown sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- 6
Sprinkle the diced apples and chopped pecans (if using) over the biscuit pieces in the pan.
- 7
Top with the remaining cinnamon-sugar coated biscuit pieces, arranging them evenly.
- 8
Pour the warm butter-brown sugar mixture evenly over everything in the Bundt pan.
- 9
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. A wooden skewer inserted into the center should come out clean.
- 10
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. This allows the caramel to set slightly.
- 11
Place a serving plate upside down over the Bundt pan and carefully invert, letting the monkey bread release onto the plate.
- 12
Serve warm, dusting with powdered sugar if desired, and let everyone pull apart their own delicious pieces.
