Directions

  1. 1

Combine the mixed berries, prickly pear juice, granulated sugar, fresh lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a blender.

  2. 2

Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. If the mixture is too thick to pour easily, add water one tablespoon at a time until it reaches a pourable consistency.

  3. 3

Taste the mixture and adjust sugar or lime juice as needed. The flavor should be balanced between sweet and tart.

  4. 4

If desired, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any berry seeds or pulp for a smoother texture.

  5. 5

Carefully pour the liquid into your popsicle molds, filling each one to just below the rim.

  6. 6

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If using sprinkles or edible glitter, you can swirl them into the molds before freezing for a fun look.

  7. 7

Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid.

  8. 8

To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull on the stick to release the frozen treat.

  9. 9

Serve immediately and enjoy these vibrant, naturally colorful popsicles.
