Pooh's Honey Pot Parfait with Hundred Acre Granola
A delightful and wholesome breakfast, reminiscent of a morning in the countryside. Layers of creamy yogurt, sweet honey, and crunchy homemade granola create a comforting start to any day, a dish that even the most honey-loving bear would adore.

Directions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly.
- 3
Add the melted unsalted butter to the oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- 4
Spread the granola mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and toasted. Let cool completely.
- 5
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 6
To assemble the parfaits, layer about 1/4 cup of the honey yogurt mixture into the bottom of serving glasses.
- 7
Top the yogurt with a layer of cooled granola, then another layer of honey yogurt. Repeat until the glasses are full, ending with a layer of granola.
- 8
Drizzle extra honey over the top of each parfait and garnish with fresh berries before serving.
