Start your day with an omelet that's out of this world! This light and fluffy omelet features a vibrant green herb swirl, adding a fresh burst of flavor and a visually striking element. It's a quick, satisfying, and sophisticated breakfast or brunch option, perfect for any adventurer.

Directions
- 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, a pinch of salt, and pepper until just combined and slightly frothy.
- 2
In a separate small bowl, combine the finely chopped fresh herbs with the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of water to create a loose paste.
- 3
Heat an 8-inch non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the unsalted butter and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan.
- 4
Once the butter is melted and sizzling, pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet.
- 5
As the edges of the omelet begin to set, gently push the cooked egg from the edges towards the center, allowing the uncooked egg to flow underneath.
- 6
When the top is mostly set but still slightly moist, drizzle the herb paste in a circular or spiral pattern over one half of the omelet.
- 7
Allow to cook for another minute until the herbs are slightly warmed and fragrant.
- 8
Carefully fold the plain half of the omelet over the herb-swirled half.
- 9
Cook for 30 seconds more, then gently slide the omelet onto a plate.
- 10
If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
- 11
Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
