Flik's Harvest Berry Crumble
A delightful and humble berry crumble, reminiscent of the inventive spirit of an ant colony. This easy-to-make dessert combines sweet, plump berries with a buttery, crisp topping, perfect for sharing a 'feast' with friends.

Directions
- 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or individual ramekins.
- 2
In a medium bowl, combine berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Gently toss to coat. Pour the berry mixture into the prepared dish.
- 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the crumble topping.
- 4
Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Using your fingertips or a pastry blender, cut the butter into the mixture until coarse crumbs form.
- 5
Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the berry mixture.
- 6
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berry filling is bubbly.
- 7
Remove from oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- 8
Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
