
Arcadian Starlight Skewers with Dipping Sauce
These colorful skewers are inspired by the sparkling night skies and diverse inhabitants of Arcadia. Marinated chicken and an array of fresh vegetables are grilled to perfection, then served with a bright, zesty dipping sauce. A perfect light lunch or appetizer for an adventurous palate.
